What is the difference between

Financial Aid & Scholarships?

Financial Aid

is money to help pay for college or career school.

To apply for financial aid, you will need to complete and file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Scholarships

are grants or gift aids made to support a student's college tuition or career school and they do not need to be repaid.

Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic, merit, or other achievement.

Some scholarships are based on financial need.
